But after this essay, my insecurities have now turned into an identity. Now I know for sure it is right to eat butter, it is right to not be afraid of it. How could so many Scandinavians have it wrong? Thank you for reminding me to spend time with more dairy spreads. Apparently you have to pay for the plastic bags you need to carry your groceries home.
